When I was growing this it was known as Money plant and is unbelieveable easy to grow! It is stunning esp with candle light around, and it moves or trembles in the lightest breeze. Very pretty stuff.
We used to have a Money Plant outside the farmhouse I grew up in. I agree with you absolutely that those wonderful, almost mother-of-pearl irridescent leaves would look beautiful in any bouquet. Then again, they're hardly ever used by florists, as far as I've seen.
Maybe because Lunaria must be dried to get that luminous colour and most bouquets are fresh? It can be a little fragile too once its dry, but unless you plan to bop someone with your flowers it should work.

Yes, I know it as Money trees too. Maybe I should ask someone to grow me a ton of it.
