Where does the time go?

Well, here we are again with no posts for a little while...so here I go again into the breech dear friends!

We had a blast in Australia but it was good to get home. Thirty plus hours of travel meant it took a LONG time to get home...but we made it! Exhausted, dirty, smelly and VERY dehydrated but we made it.

And we have started with the photos...so we should (hopefully) be posting more photos and sending copies to people.

But in the meantime...a quick update:

The wedding planning has been pretty slow. We have an engagement party planned (thanks to Terri and Steven for hosting it!) and that has occupied a little bit of time.

Kimberly and I have both been hooked playing the Football Manager 2006 game that we brought back from Australia. So if you are walking near our place and hear the cry of 'GOAL' or some inaudible muttering...that is the reason.

Our cats are already forgiving us for going away (translation: they do not remember us going away) and they are coping as best they can with the heat.

I am enjoying the hot weather. Kimberly is not.

As the year moves forward we will be doing some more planning for the wedding and we will be trying to save money for a deposit so we can buy a townhouse of our very own. I am sure that will be the basis of some future posts as well!
